I've been mulling over the idea of self-talk for the past few weeks, specifically the impact of our self-talk on our performance on the pickleball courts. Positive self talk is key to success in any sport. 

Unfortunately, most of our internal self-talk is negative.

What can we do when it happens to us out on the pickleball court? The first step is to recognize our negative self-talk.
